One is preparation.
1.1 Operators must familiarize themselves with the product instruction manual provided by Shanghai Feilu.
1.2 Ensure that the product will not be produced due to long-term storage environmental factors before use.
1.3 When abnormal sound and vibration are found during work, the inspection should be stopped.
1.4 The shell of electrical equipment must be grounded or connected to zero.
The second is the preparatory work before starting the machine.
2.1 Check whether the liquid level of the water tank of the flushing pump (backing pump) reaches more than 3/4 of the water tank, and replenish if there is any shortage.
2.2 Check whether the water used in the water tank is clean. It is not allowed to use sewage containing sediment, so as not to block the pipeline, increase the wear of the pump impeller, increase the load of the motor, and affect the service life of the pump.
2.3 Check the height of the lubricating oil surface in the intermediate pump and main pump body, which must reach more than 3/4 of the oil window, and check the color of the lubricating oil. If there are many milky white or black impurities, notify the machine repair
Treatment and replacement of lubricating oil.
2.4 Check whether the circulating cooling water circuit of the intermediate pump and the main pump is intact, open the circulating cooling water inlet and outlet valves, and check whether the circulating cooling water inlet and outlet are normal.
2.5 Check whether the drain valve of the buffer tank at the bottom of the intermediate pump is closed.
2.6 Check whether the circuit of the vacuum pump unit is intact and whether the indication of the control cabinet is normal.
2.7 Check whether the starting pressure of the intermediate pump and main pump of the electrode contact pressure gauge of the vacuum pump unit is normal (the starting inlet pressure of the intermediate pump is greater than 0.065 MPa, and the starting inlet pressure of the main pump is greater than
0.085 MPa).
2.8 Wait until the above items are checked and confirmed to be correct before starting the vacuum device.
The third is the operation precautions.
3.1 The sound response of the vacuum unit is uniform, no noise, and no irregular and abnormal vibration during operation.
3.2 Pay attention to the motor load and the temperature rise of each part of the pump. Under normal circumstances, the maximum temperature of the pump shall not exceed 40°C, and the maximum operating temperature shall not exceed 80°C.
3.3 When oil leakage is found during work, the work should be stopped immediately, and inspection and repair should be carried out after the pressure is released. After oil leakage is found, it is not allowed to continue working or check under pressure.
3.4 The normal entry and exit of circulating cooling water must be guaranteed during work.
The fourth is to start the vacuum unit.
4.1 Open the inlet and outlet valves of the circulating cooling water of the intermediate pump and the main pump to ensure that the circulating cooling water enters and exits normally.
4.2 Close the drain valve of the buffer tank of the water flushing pump and start the water flushing pump. After normal operation (noise balance between motor and pump), slowly open the valve on the bypass pipe of the fore-stage water flushing pump] and the intake valve of the Roots vacuum pump.
4.3 When the system pressure reaches the allowable inlet pressure set by the intermediate pump, start the intermediate pump. If the automatic control gear is used, directly switch to the automatic control gear, and the start-up process of the unit will be automated.
4.4 If it is controlled manually, when the outlet pressure of the intermediate pump reaches the allowable inlet pressure of the main pump, start the main pump.
Fifth, the vacuum unit is shut down.
5.1 Turn the control handle on the control cabinet of the vacuum unit into the manual gear, close the suction valve of the Roots vacuum pump, and separate it from the ballast system.
5.2 Stop the pumps step by step according to the order of the front-stage water flushing pumps of the raw pump and the intermediate pump, and it is strictly forbidden to make mistakes in the shutdown procedure.
5.3 When stopping the front-stage water flushing pump, first open the drain valve of the buffering tank of the water flushing pump, then stop the pump and close it.
5.4 Close the inlet and outlet valves of circulating cooling water.
5.5 Open the drain valve of the buffer tank under the intermediate pump to remove oil stains and condensed water.
5.6 If you stop using it for a long time or stop using it in the severe cold season, flush clean water into the pump box after stopping, unscrew the drain plug of the water flushing pump body to discharge the stored water, so as to avoid freezing and cracking the box body,
Pump body; similarly, the Roots vacuum pump needs to discharge the cooling water in the water jacket of the pump body to avoid freezing and cracking.
