Vacuum pumps in vacuum coating equipment

The vacuum pump in the vacuum coating equipment will generate heat when the equipment is running. If extreme thermal conditions increase, such as a temperature rise, the load on the device will also increase. In this case, how to maintain it?

First: prevent the vacuum pump or avoid the vacuum pump being placed in the sun! Try to put the vacuum pump in a cool place, and be careful not to expose the vacuum pump to the sun if it is placed outdoors. The temperature of the vacuum pump itself is very high during working hours. If the heat is difficult to dissipate, the temperature of the vacuum pump will rise. Second: The vacuum pump should be in a ventilated place or a cooling device can be installed indoors! The intention is the same, just to make the heat dissipation performance of the vacuum pump better and reduce the working temperature of the vacuum pump as much as possible.

Third, replace consumables in time. The most important ones are: oil mist separator (exhaust filter element) and engine oil! These two consumables must be replaced in time. If the exhaust filter is scrapped or has other quality problems, replace it as soon as possible! When the oil changes color, the sediment increases, and emulsification begins, all the vacuum pump oil must be replaced instead of just adding oil for maintenance.

Fourth, before the arrival of hot weather, the vacuum pump should be thoroughly cleaned and maintained.

Fifth, the remaining precautions are basically the same as daily maintenance.
