What is glass coating?
Coated glass is also called reflective glass. Coated glass is coated with one or more layers of metal, alloy or metal compound films on the surface of glass to change the optical properties of the glass and meet certain requirements. Compared with magnetron sputtering coated glass, vacuum evaporation coated glass has a certain gap in variety and quality, and has been gradually replaced by vacuum sputtering. The chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method is to introduce the reaction gas into the float glass production line, decompose it on the surface of the hot glass, dismantle it and evenly deposit it on the glass surface to form a coated glass. This method has the characteristics of less investment in equipment, easy adjustment, low product cost, good chemical stability, and thermal processing, and is one of the most promising production methods. The production of coated glass by sol-gel method is simple and stable, but the disadvantage is that the light transmittance of the product is too high and the decoration is poor.
