Low-E coated glass production line is used to produce Low-E coated glass, which has the characteristics of high visible light transmittance and high reflectivity to mid and far infrared rays. Compared with ordinary glass and coated glass for traditional buildings, it has excellent heat preservation and insulation effect, effectively blocks ultraviolet transmission, has good light transmittance and remarkable energy-saving effect. It is widely used in building doors and windows, curtain walls, automotive glass, high-end bathrooms, etc.
Low-E coating (Low-E stands for low emissivity), also known as low emissivity coating, consists of several independent silver plating layers with a total thickness of about 100 nm. Silver is equivalent to a mirror, which has the function of reflecting transparent thermal radiation. At the same time, it allows the visible spectrum of sunlight to be refracted into the room through the glass, with little light loss. By adding twoorthree layers, i.e. low radiation double silver and three silver, the heat insulation capacity of the glass can be greatly improved. When the silver film reflects thermal radiation, additional coatings, such as alumina or titanium oxide, will provide high transparency and light transmittance. In this case, the decisive quality of silver lies in its function as a mirror of infrared wavelengths. The special barrier film can also effectively prevent silver oxidation.
Low radiation glass, also known as low radiation glass, is a kind of thin film product coated with multilayer metals or other compounds on the surface of flat glass. The coating has the characteristics of high transmission of visible light and high reflection of mid and far infrared rays. Compared with ordinary glass and traditional coated glass for buildings, it has excellent heat insulation effect and good light transmittance.
